Using induction heating to fit bearings, gears, sprockets, couplings, and pulleys is the fastest, cleanest and easiest way to install components easily and safely.

The induction heater rapidly heats the component which expands sufficiently to allow it to slide into place over the shaft. As the component cools it returns to original size and is then fitted on the shaft.
