The principal asset of BSC is our people, with more than 280 professionals working throughout our Australian network.

We encourage internal development and career path planning, many of our current managers started as trainees within the business with many completing Graduate Diplomas with the AGSM (Australian Graduate School of Management).

At BSC we are constantly searching for skilled, experienced individuals who may be suited to our business.
