CONDITION MONITORING

Any organization which is dedicated to improving their maintenance practices and plant reliability, need to consider utilizing condition monitoring as an integral part of their maintenance strategy.  Condition monitoring is part of a broader strategy to shift maintenance practices from reactive and/or preventative to Condition Based Maintenance (CBM). Rather than waiting for equipment to break down, or doing maintenance routinely based on a calendar ( whether required or not),  CBM allows maintenance personnel to plan required maintenance based on condition and remaining service life expectancy, providing greater plant reliability and up-time.

BSC Engineering Services, in partnership with Azima DLI, the leading global provider of CBM services and equipment, can tailor a condition monitoring program to suit your needs, strategies, and budget. Programs are service based with little or no capital outlay. Services include vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonics, and more!

CORRECTIVE SERVICES

It’s one thing to identify faults through condition monitoring, but often there is no assistance on how to rectify the problem, particularly if it recurs. BSC Engineering Services can provide remedial services like laser alignment, balancing, root cause analysis, and engineering redesign services to further optimize plant reliability.  BSC provide corrective services as part of a condition monitoring program or as stand alone services.
