more than 280 professionals working throughout our Australian network.
We provide our staff with comprehensive product training in-house and
direct with our suppliers.
We encourage internal development and career path planning, many of our
current managers started as trainees within the business with many
completing Graduate Diplomas with the AGSM (Australian Graduate School
of Management) The person who answers the phone can deal with most
technical issues without referrals and subsequent delays. Currently BSC
has over 60 staff with 15 years or more working experience with the
company. Two of our most loyal staff in 2009 had achieved a 50-year
service. Testament to the company commitment, support, security and
overall job satisfaction that BSC offer all our employees.
